FlowerHire & BlueFire Cannabis by FutureSense Presents Designing a Resilient Cannabis Organization. The current moment is a critical turning point in society, a once in a 100-year event. Cannabis may be the once in a 100-year industry, and the need for jobs and tax revenue – and, importantly, equity and social justice – is front and center of the national conversation.

Many of the people who work in the industry, and have worked in the industry for 10 or more years, are definitely resilient. But building a resilient company requires a different approach than building resiliency as an individual.

Corinne Sinnigen discusses that since the cannabis industry is a highly regulated industry and dictated by constantly changing laws, it’s critical to have a strategic plan in place.

Building resiliency should be a discipline that you’re always practicing, adapting, and implementing. Carrying over your plan from year-to-year does not cut. Companies will be more successful if they’re constantly reassessing their strategy and making changes to adapt to the constant changes.

How do you design a resilient, lasting Cannabis Organization that scales with the future? Listen to Corinne Sinnigen talk about how to create change-management strategies to build a resilient organization. A solid plan will allow companies to stop worrying about the change and make change a part of the process and growth
