At FlowerHire we believe that the cannabis movement has already and will continue to positively impact the human condition more than any other emerging industry in modern history. The cannabis industry not only deserves, but must meet the right operational and motivational leaders to be successful. So our role is to be advisors, educators, and bridge builders.

Our team has expanded full-throttle this past year and we are growing everyday.
David is a 15 year recruiting industry veteran that helped scale a $250 million dollar tech recruiting agency for the majority of his career. Dave was an early investor in Eaze and built out their early executive team which led to the founding of FlowerHire, the leading talent advisory firm actively shaping the cannabis industry.
Mike is a Columbia graduate and a 10+ year veteran of startups. From first hire to founder, he has built a career uniquely situated in tech, CPG, food & beverage, e-commerce, and now cannabis. Building stuff, breaking stuff… adding value while he does it since ’86. He reads, he frolics, he makes it all work.
An 18+ year sales, operations, and finance entrepreneurial leader who builds businesses as an operator and executor. Lowitz is currently standing-up the east coast operations for the investing, consulting and talent arms of the FlowerHire family of companies. Dangerous when bored. Recovering Tech Startup Exec. Plays well with others.
Rob “The Flank” Flynn is not a typical recruiter. Spent the last decade on the hiring side, building companies in new industries. Learned that the people of a company are what separates great companies from the rest. Former Harvard hockey player and NHL draft pick. Mans the eastern front in Boston, where legalization has arrived.
Robert started his career as a software engineer building web and mobile applications for a number of tech companies. During his time at Sonoma State University, he saw recruiters placing his friends into the wrong companies. So he did something about it, pulling strings and making deals to place them into their dream jobs. The rest is history.
After an unfulfilling and short lived insurance career, Ian moved from Boston to Los Angeles in search of a situation that would truly test him and evoke passion. For the last year, Ian has acted as a gate keeper to the most lucrative emerging market in the world – finding the perfect DNA to build executive teams in cannabis.
Bill has over 15 years of executive search and business development experience in the tech, medical device, and cannabis industries. He’s a passionate advocate of the plant and is on a mission to normalize employment in the space and put his clients on the path to success.
Over the past 15 years, Pasquale has worked in media production, winning multiple awards filming for organizations and helping to tell their story. Looking for a change of pace (and warmer weather!), Pasquale left the Windy City and joined the FlowerHire to strategically place executives within this new line of business. “We are not only changing the way people view cannabis in 2019, but also shaping how businesses are structured.”
10 year veteran of hospitality, from building and operating restaurants to founding his own craft cocktail company for the well-heeled echelon of LA elites. Currently moved to a higher level of service, providing guidance inside and outside the burgeoning cannabis industry. A graduate of the University of Minnesota with a major in communications. Jonathan hails from the land of L’étoile du Nord and has developed a sharp eye for talent.
As a former collegiate athlete and personal trainer, Caslyn brings a similar level of intensity, discipline and dedication, to an operations role in the cannabis Industry. Operations in the cannabis industry means constantly having your head on a swivel & survival of the fittest. As the vertebrae of the entire operation, it is imperative that she survives – without her; chaos ensues.
After successful stints in advertising and software sales across multiple cities, Brennen found his way to Los Angeles looking for more. It was shortly there after he became excited about the growth of the cannabis industry and joined FlowerHire. It is here he helps talented individuals find a home with top level cannabis companies. He’s not sure how he ended up here, but he’s happy he did.
